"Staff friendly and helpful. Property is clean. Rooms are smaller than they look in pictures but they are comfortable. Room thermostat cannot be adjusted, have to open balcony door to cool the room down. If you are trying to get to and from the airport from the hotel, the train is €50 cheaper than a taxi."

"A beautiful hotel with very accommodating staff. The location was perfect just steps away from the Rue de Rivoli and 2 blocks from the Louvre where you can take the Hop on Hop bus to take you to all of the tourist destinations. "There are so many good things about this quaint hotel; from the excellent location, the friendly staff (Adele and Rahamat) and the amazingly grand coffee and breakfast bar to the cozy and clean rooms. My daughter and I had an unbelievable trip and our stay was part of that. It was so quiet we didn’t have trouble sleeping at all. The location was unbearable, right next to the metro and the Eiffel Tower. When we come back to Paris, we know where we’ll be staying. "

"I arrived fairly early so I was able to place my luggage in the secure storage. The staff that greeted me was above and beyond courteous and helpful. I was able to check in earlier for a fee.
The room was perfect. Compact but clean and had everything needed such as a mini fridge and kettle. The shower had great water pressure and was hot.
