"What a nice surprise for staying at this small town family owned hotel! Hotel is perfectly sitting by the mountains overlooking the picture perfect town with a typical Austria church. In the not far distance, it’s the talk Alps mountains with glaciers. The hotel is very clean. Walter is super friendly and helpful! The restaurant he recommended is literally the best so far in our European trip. The breakfast is also wonderful. My son really enjoyed the sausages. Oh they have sauna as well… we would love to come back again! Highly highly recommend!"

"I arrived 2 hours early but was soon given early entry to my room. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Spacious, comfortable room. Perfectly fulfilled its role for me as an overnight stopover. Would have been happy to stay longer to explore the beautiful surroundings."

"Hotel Il Tyrol is perfection! Just when I thought the stunning Dolomites and South Tyrol area of Italy couldn't get any better, it just did! A warm friendly welcome from all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. There are so many extra little touches that make this place special. And then there's the cuisine. Wow! Truly amazing. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was a huge pleasure and privilege to be able to stay there. Thank you so much."
