"Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the "

Save deer in the evening walking around the grounds. Easy upgrades to make the experience even better would be more hooks or shelves on the walls and a mirror."

"Beds were ok. Rooms was great for a family. We had 2 beds plus sofa bed. Sofa bed wasn’t the safest for kids. It would starts to tilt up like it wanted to fold. Ac would not stay on throughout the night most of the night it was off which the room was really warm. Plenty of space for our stuff. Balcony was a plus. Kids loved it."

The property is beautiful and you are right downtown Laconner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there is tea,coffee & hot water with hot cocoa/apple cider packets 24/7. "Air conditioner filter was moldy, uncomfortable bed, creaky floors, toilet was not clean, human hair on sheets and pillows, road noise was horrendous, had to climb staircase to second floor. you have been warned"
