Found one on my burger as staff walked by. They knocked off the beer I had off.my bill. Chatted with manager on way out was a pleasant fellow"

"we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

"Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast with decent choice of food. Massive car park at side of hotel as long as you register car at reception. Close to decent variety of shops and town centre. Plenty of nearby attractions."

Service at dinner was extremely slow to the point where we had to flag down a different staff member every time we needed something basic like getting water, ordering dessert, or even paying our bill. The restaurant also had the most uncomfortable restaurant chairs ever. Definitely not what we were hoping for after a long hard day of hiking up and down Conic Hill. It literally hurt more to sit than stand"
