"The location is perfect for being out of the bustle of town but still close enough to stores and restaurants to feel "in the mix." I was greeted with a smile and pleasant attitude from everyone on staff including security. The room was spacious with excellent views and a bathroom I wish I could take in my bag to go! I will certainly be returning and appreciate the experience. "

"Clean room , great parking, average hotel breakfast. Staff at check in were rude. Questioned my ID and CC and questioned my son who was waiting in side lounge room as if he was trespassing. Very unprofessional and first time I have ever experienced this behaviour by staff as a Choice Rewards member who frequently stays at Comfort Inns. "

"decent hotel, pretty clean. nothing fancy, but for the price a very good value. only problem I had was my room facing the street which was very loud. light sleepers beware. plus neighbours that listened to music very loud long after midnight. Obviously not the hotels fault. "

"Pretty bare bones. Bathroom incredibly dated. Rooms have no central A/C just a huge unit at the window that didn't work consistently, which made night sleep hard as the room was hot and the unit wouldn't turn on, there was no staff around late at night to look into it. Bed and pillows decently comfortable but the temp in the room was a deal breaker. Outlets on nightstand loose/wouldn't make a connection with my plug. Could use refresh to paint, carpets, furniture and bathroom."

"Me and my friend were not treated as accommodating as the other guests were for example, they do have complementary valet however, when we pulled up, we did not get assisted with our luggage at all a vehicle with a family pulled up, no more than five minutes after us, the man went into the hotel, grabbed the luggage cart, assisted them with putting their luggage on the car help them pull the cart into the hotel. They got the whole works me and my friend had to do it by ourselves. The Internet...

"Air conditioner had small buttons with tiny labels. Tried to turn it on for quite a while with no success. Fortunately, it was only a little warm in the room. At 5am it suddenly came on, waking me up. Also, the remote desk clerk was busy when I wanted to check out and I had to leave a voicemail to check out. Weird."
