"The staff, Christopher in particular the check in clerk. Is the best! He gave a full run down on the property that was so helpful. Gave us some suggestions on several good places to eat. He went way above and beyond being helpful. He was awesome that was much appreciated.
The breakfast was a full breakfast and very good. The room was spacious and way more than expected.

"Great stay at the El Dorado Hotel!! Although we spent much of our time out and did not utilize the amenities, they looked enjoyable, the weather was a little too chilly for this girl to jump in the pool. Overall enjoyable stay, our room was clean and beautiful, even the towels smelled nice! Great food in the El Dorado Kitchen, all staff were equally wonderful. Excellent location if you want to enjoy all that Sonoma has to offer."

"Like other reviews say, the place is nice…staff is very hot and miss….first guy at check in wasn’t too helpful- come back at 3….okay
Second guy was good very helpful…gave us good help for restaurants
Guy Sunday morning was brutal…sitting 10 feet from counter on his phone slouched in chair couldn’t bother to ever get up. Left key cards on counter he yelled at us while leaving”what room number?” I thought how about get off your chair and look at cards…too bad…it’s a decent place"

"Breakfast--- Cereals - good The eggs were a joke literally! They looked like fake rubber gag eggs. People were laughing and playing with them. NO protien- no bacon or sausages etc, Waffles were good. I have traveled and have eaten at many hotel complimentry breakfasts. This was below average. I was very disappointed and really expected it to at a Hilton Hotel standard.
The room was clean and cofy. Water pressure for showers was so low that it was very difficult to rinse shampoo.
At this point...
