Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das einchecken verlief sehr zügig. Unser Zimmer im 2 Stock war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ohne viel Extras. Es war eben ein Pensions Zimmer, kein Hotel. "We loved our stay at the hotel! The suite was spacious and it was very convenient to have a kitchenette. I was most impressed by the service. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Luka was very friendly and polite. When, due to road closures, Bolt and taxis were unavailable, Jonas *offered* to drive us to the Festspielhaus! If it had not been for him, we would have missed the performance! Thank you, Jonas! The hotel is across the street from Lidl, which is very convenient for when one needs to stock the mini-fridge. It is also right next to a walk/bike path that leads to the Tierpark Röhrensee, which is lovely! It is about half a mile from the Wagner and Liszt museums, and another few blocks to downtown, with all the shops, baroque opera house, and restaurants."

"The hotel looks a bit better in the photos than it does in person, but overall our stay was perfectly fine. The room was clean and spacious. We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Breakfast was exactly what we expected from the pictures, with coffee available only as drip coffee from a thermos. The property is located right next to the highway, but our room faced the opposite direction, so noise wasn’t an issue even with the window open."
