" I booked a room in A.A. Lodge Amboseli Amboseli, Kajiado County, Kenya, through the online hotel.com service on February 23 and paid $ 177 for 1 day through a visa card. When I arrived in A.A. Lodge Amboseli, the hotel administrator did not meet me warmly, suspecting that I really paid for the stay? How will I prove it? When I showed the confirmation from hotels.com from my email, he stated that hotels.com had not yet transferred the money to their account, so I have to pay in cash now ......

"Extemely angry at our treatment at this hotel. Would recomend avoiding at all costs. We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it.
