"The hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean and spacious. The tv in our room didn’t work and there wasn’t any hot water from the bathroom faucet. We didn’t find the front desk staff to be very helpful. This was surprising given the cost of the hotel."

Then I checked in she showed me two options… $46 across the street or $42 down the road. When I asked for other options the person wasn’t helpful at all. Parking is $46 is insane."

On May 16, 2026 when I returned to my room, I realized my belongings had been rambled through to only realize that a piece of jewelry had been stolen from me. This ruined my trip. I reported this incident in the correct manner; however, the property does not accept responsibility for stolen property. Now, I know you are wondering why I did not use the safe boxes.
