"The bar and restaurant staff were great. Hotel staff were good. We tried to get coffee but didn't want to wait for the lobby coffee to be refilled as it had been 15 minutes since we let them know it was out. Bed was comfortable. Some noise from stairs and elevator. You are paying for the nostalgia of the art deco era. Also good to know it is a major wedding venue."

"The hot tub was hot enough during my trip. The only thing is it was a little dirty on the bottom of the hot tub, which is probably to be expected, but my room is perfect except for the microwave didn’t work properly and the streaming device kept cutting out so we had to keep repeatedly unplug the streaming device for 30 seconds and plugging it back in for it to work. "
