"It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work"

"Pros: Room Size is very good. Cons: Very poor breakfast selections, flies everywhere (lobby, restaurant), bathroom amenities very bad and dirty, staff required further training in hospitality."

"We got upgraded for free as we had found out that the room they put us in had no A/C. The new upgraded room had fantastic view of mountains. Breakfast was a buffet style. We has a nice experience at this place."
