"Difficult to get ahold of the admin and unless I casually found the general admin of the building supervising the premises I wouldn’t have gotten ahold of the laundry door entry codes. Communication was poor. Too many info request to get the access code for day 1. Location is great. Places to eat, shop, visit and transportation incomparable "

"Fantastisk udsigt over søen fra lejlighed 12 (vores). Poolens vand var koldt. Poolen blev rengjort efter åbningstid, så man skulle svømme med renserobotten. Der var meget larm fra gaden og byen, så nattesøvnen blev forstyrret mange gange. På 14 dage blev der arbejdet 4 gange i haven, med larmende maskiner. Den ene dag i 5 timer non stop. Der var meget varmt om natten, så aircondition ville have været godt. Fint at lejligheden blev gjort ren og fik skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder efter den første...

"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

"We loved our stay at the Hotel Spendide Royal! It’s absolutely gorgeous hotel and the feeling of being there is very special. The staff were all top notch and showed care and a commitment to making you feel comfortable and happy. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety and options. "The view of the lake from our room was amazing. We were on the 5th floor. The hotel staff was friendly (Marco at check-in was great), and the room was extremely clean! Lovely amenities with a hand written note from manager. Short walk into town, breakfast was pleasant on terrace, private parking available for 19CHF/night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the near future!"
