En revanche il y a un véritable manque de communication pour trouver la réception qui se trouve dans un autre hôtel, faire la vaisselle (c’est à nous de l’apporter), ou encore la photo de la piscine qui est mise en avant sur hôtel.com alors qu’elle n’est pas comprise dans le séjour (15 euros supplémentaires par personne)."

"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady."

"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."
