Spring Valley Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Standard room with one queen bed is tight. Better to spend more for an upgrade. "

"Fast ride from the airport in Rochester. The staff is outstanding. Lord Essex restaurant has great food. The interior of the hotel is however dated, but hotel and rooms are clean. Closest place to Mayo Clinics, just walk downstairs or take elevator to LL. "

"The lobby is dilapidated with broken floor tiles. Checkin desk is a small area and crowded area. Discovered the toilet would not flush. We had to call front twice before maintenance came over an hour later. Carpeting in the room and throughout hotel was old and full of stains. Furnishing and bathroom are old and need to be replaced. Breakfast is not setup to handle large groups."

"The stay was great. Everyone was helpful. As an adult the chlorine felt like a lot so we didn’t stay in the pool for long. My son enjoyed it but his skin isn’t as sensitive. Parking is tough if it’s a busy weekend. When I got back at 10, there were no spots. I think a lot of the problem is the sizes of the spaces compared to the suvs most people drive these days. I had to park along the roadway out of the hotel which I didn’t love. I didn’t feel like my car was in danger but the longer walk back to the hotel in the dark wasn’t awesome."

"room was very clean, bedding very comfy, slept well, it was quiet and relaxing. Adjoining restaurant had delicious food and great service. Complimentary breakfast was a basic, adequate menu, and each selection was done very well, way above the quality of other hotel/motels. "
