"The room itself was OK, and the "hotel" was not so difficult to find. The problem was access. I got a message in German, but not being German it was not of any help. "On arrival we had to check in at the sister property down the hill. At check in they were unable to find our booking and we’re not expecting us, they did provide us with a room but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. There were dustpans & brushes left on the landing, room was reasonably clean but tired, breakfast was an extra €7 each at the sister property down the street and was good value. The bar was not open. "I still don't understand how this hotel made it to your platform. You need to review some hotels before you put up for customers. I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. I spent 2 nights without meeting a single person. You guys have to remove this House of Baron 2 from your website. "

"This was really a boarding house. I was given my one towel when checking in. There was no TP or soap of any kind. It looked as though there was one employee, and when she was done, good luck getting any help. And there were no female guests, just a bunch of young men. No mention of a wifi password, but since I only speak English and the host spoke a language that was not German, I suspect getting a password would have been futile. But, the spartan room was clean and in good condition."

"We only needed a bed for the night as we were attending a concert. The bed was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We needed a taxi to get to the venue and they had one for us within 3 minutes. Fresh water, still or sparkling on demand at the front entrance. Shower snd restroom were cleaned and well stocked. The AC wotked great. We were comfortable all night. Fresh nespresso or tea in the AM. Would definitely stay there again"

"Room Had very strong bad smell and Cigarette Smell ( Room 440 ) however reception did not accept to change the room. Also the hotel does not even provide toiletries at all , you just get all-in-one hair/body shampoo/wash. no ear buds, shower cap, not even tissue box ( hand/face issues ) !!! moreover, the room does not have a fridge , does not have hot water kettle !! Pillows are extremely cheap quality. The sound proof is ZERO .. you can hear people walking and speaking very clearly finally the breakfast was extremely basic .. not worth the money , you can not order basic omelet .. I recommend to stay away and book at Holiday Inn Holiday hotel which is Next door to it."

"Room was a reasonable size, staff were friendly, location and price were good. I would have preferred the option to make a cup of tea on my room. Unfortunately I was unwell during my stay, ( not the hotels fault). Having the facilities to make a hot drink in my room would have been most welcome. The need to get dressed to go to the lobby to purchase a drink whilst unwell was not an ideal situation. "

"Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "
