"We were there for only one night"

"Room was clean but… worst mattres ever!! Everything is very very old.. And the worst point: breakfast!! I tried many things because nothing was not even just good.. and all plates, glasses, everything was disposable (a one single use). Crazy price for a terrible experience. I wish they could give me my money back."

"Overall, the experience was good. The location is excellent, right in downtown. I deducted one point because the toilet had not been cleaned when I checked in, although the staff addressed the issue after. I also experienced a skin allergy after sleeping in the bed. The overnight parking fee is only $9, which is very affordable."

"This is probably the smallest of Andaz chain? It doesn't feel as grand but still nice and clean and modern. Great location, walkable to Byward Market and Parliament Hill. We found parking on the street easily but if you choose to park in the garage, plenty of garages nearby. Rooftop bar was nice with a beautiful view."

"This will be our new go to hotel for Montreal. The staff was amazing. The loft was beautiful. There is no elevator and quite a hike up the stairs, but that in no way will stop us going back over and over. The hotel has 3 restaurants on site we tried 2 for supper and sunday Jazz Brunch. All 3 meals were great. i am looking forward to our November trip"

"This is a great hotel when staying in Ottawa. The parking is included which it is not at other Ottawa hotels. They have a great breakfast and Hillary the breakfast supervisor was so helpful getting you a table when it was busy in the mornings. She was lovely to talk to and remembered us from our stay last year. Great customer service."
