"For me the location is great, good for visiting and access to the airport, being a motel driving to within steps of my suite front door. The grounds around large lawn area, area for sitting outside and not on a major road less traffic and noise. I have stayed there several times over years while visiting family in the Ottawa area and expect to in the future."

"Le lit très confortable! Notre bain était bouché! La toilette fontionnait mal! Aucun escalier disponible pour monter aux etages, je ne prends pas les ascenseurs! J'avais validé lors de ma réservation et ils disaient y en avoir! 4 employés ont cherché les escaliers...rien!"

"This hotel requires significant renovation. The shower leaks, the bathroom faucet is broken, the fuse would jump if I ran the fan and light in the bathroom at the same time. The floors in the room were done and no amount of cleaning can change that and I could not bring myself to sit on the sketchy looking couch. The front desk staff is really helpful but the property has seen better days perhaps 30 years ago."
