"We had a good experience however we went during Victoria weekend and it was packed… we had to wait for breakfast which was good. Hotel was great, pool was a little cold for us. So many options close by, it’s at a great location in front of a shopping center, and quick access to fast food. Overall great hotel … would stay there again "

"The staff are friendly, very accommodating! I arrived very late my flight was delayed getting to the hotel. I was checked in fairly quickly I managed to get to my room and get several hours of necessary sleep. The room was was decently real large and nice comfy bed and a really super hot shower with awesome water pressure which really made me feel awesome after the long day I've already had. The show service got me to the airport on time and it was a good stay"

"I would say it’s a bit different from other Fairmont like Banff springs and Frontenac. The room is not what I expected for a high end hotel however the area in the hotel is amazing and you can feel the history as well. "

"Hotel has been recently renovated so nicely up to date and clean. I was surprised at how quiet it was in the rooms while still being in a highly trafficked area of town. The included breakfast was average. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
