"I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift."

"When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. Fresh cookies were available and honors program was offered. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as pleasing to the eye. The pool and hot tub area were clean and welcoming. I did not have breakfast but it appeared to be well liked by the many patrons in the dining area. Although my party only stayed one night, I would stay again given the chance, and recommended others to stay here as well. "

"Very clean hotel with convenient location as well. Staff was extremely helpful and offered suggestions on where to eat and grab a drink. They greeted us every time we entered the lobby. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean. Felt very safe and would certainly stay here again."
