"The bed, linens, towels were very good quality, the bed comfortable, the internet strong, the tv updated to allow guests to use their own streaming apps.
The only problem was that the motel was unprepared for frost and the heating system required repairs that only be completed the next day.
The management was most apologetic and offered to discount the room costs.
This was a one time problem as the motel has been updated and is private and felt very safe."
