We felt welcomed the second we got out of the car with Cosmo helping us with the luggages and showing us our room. George at reception offered us welcome drinks and helping with the check in as well as personalised plans with our trip. "The rooms were not equipped , seriously how can you not have bottled water in the fridge when it’s 38 degree Celsius outside for your guest on arrival , tea and coffee facility was zero no coffee no tea bags .. we where on our honeymoon, we requested a double bed and got two single beds , I speak Greek and of course it was the ole I don’t care attitude and yes you have a lovely room ! NOT THE CASE … the property is dated old and the rooms need a major facelift as do does the service.."
