"Location of CCH was absolutely perfect, right on Cathedral Square in the centre of town. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, shopping and the tram right on the doorstep. Unfortunately no breakfast available currently but we were offered voucher for breakfast at Ibis around the corner. Very big room overlooking the Cathedral. Had a nice time in the rooftop bar for sunset drinks"

"When we checked in we weren’t told that the rooms we were given had accessible bathrooms which is not what we booked. So we had to go back to receptions and get allocated a new room. I was grateful to get one room upgraded but it would have been better if staff shared what they were allocating upfront. Changing rooms wasn’t convenient. "Great staff. Friendly and very helpful. Convenient location. Comfortable beds but a bit small. Small room but clean. Carpet a bit dirty but didn’t bother us. Some drainage issues in the bathroom which got very wet whenever we had a shower. Good shower pressure though. Overall was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay."
