"Check in was the best I've ever had! Tea or coffee with shortbread in the front room, Matthew went through all the details and gave some great info of the area, helped with bus times too. "We stayed one of the ensuite rooms with vaulted ceilings and a dormer window- you just need to remember to duck ocasionaly. It's on the second floor so you need to allow for this, not a problem for most people. We were surprised how much space there was and the view over the park was lovely. The location in Leith is much closer to the city centre than it may appear as the regular (2-10 mins wait) new tram line whooshes you to the centre in 5-15 minutes. "We arrived early as we were at a Taylor Swift concert that evening, my daughters were panicking that they wouldn't be able to get ready as we had been travelling for around five hours.
