"All staff were excellent. Issues were with the property, that has a 4 star ranking. No room service, no included breakfast, parking charges, $20 for a glass of wine in downstairs bar, overpriced restaurant on top level, cheap uncomfortable pillows, housekeeping upon request, hot water in the shower after leaving on for 10-15 minutes, no microwave, no minibar, two very small drawers, no turndown service, bathroom sinks do not drain properly, room temperature will not go below 66 degrees....

"The trip lasted about six days and went very well. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff who would be very helpful and answer all my questions. The cleaning staff were extremely nice and thankful for keeping our hotel room clean along with stocked with the essentials. Overall, this trip wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without the wonderful staff."

"The room was clean and the breakfast delicious. The staff member the night we checked in was fantastic! He saw us walking around the building to check in and allowed us in a back door. The morning desk worker had to take her blue tooth earbuds out to hear questions which felt very unprofessional. It would be nice to have non-dairy milk and creamer options available."

"The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip."

"The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. "The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. "The property is older and run down. Bathroom was very poor, shower was not that cleanse and caulking was rusty looking. Trying to check inn the desk clerk was more concerned with talking to someone on the phone about his car getting repaired. I would not recommend anyone staying there and certainly would not stay the."

"I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy.
