"We had no worries whatsoever about our stay as we received many emails and messages regarding our booking. On the day of our arrival, we received a text message informing us that we could check in early if we wanted, so we were shown to our room two hours earlier than the normal check-in time. "Whilst the reception staff upon arrival where fantastic, we were advised of several access point closures meaning we had to cart luggage through the deck and dining room then up stairs. Quite difficult with luggage. Further, to leave we had to go an even longer way out with another flight of stairs as the reception and dining area is locked on Sundays. Luckily I was able to help my Mum with her luggage and weather was fine but very disappointed at the lack of up keep and access. "
