"Great place to stay on the west side of town. Comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked great!"

"Staff was excellent. I have allergies to animals and they allow dogs and cats in the rooms. Staff made an effort to find a room that hadn’t had animals in it recently. Room was spacious. Fridge was nice to have. The pull out bed was very worn/stained and you could feel the springs in your back. And the room felt moist/humid. We count open the windows and the a/c didn’t seem to remove the moisture. We kept the door open to the hallway for a while to let some fresher air into the room. ...

"The room furnishings were a bit threadbare and the breakfast eggs the first day were barely warm (bordering on cold). I opted to purchase breakfast nearby. The room was very short on usable outlets. This was my first stay at a Microtel so maybe that’s expected. Staff was helpful and welcoming, however."

"So that we are clear, i will stay here again. Took 29 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. No garbage can in the room and a cple of things missed in the bathroom from maid service. Not your typical hotel. But as stated i would stay there again."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed more lighting in our room due to it being very dim. As far as the condition of the hotel it was very dated and needed a lot of attention. The carpet in the room had a long unraveled section and there was rust on the shower head. The spaciousness of the hotel was done for conferences about 30 years ago, but is definitely showing its age and needs refurbishing."

"Our room stunk like pet odor or the room had been flooded at one time. It was so bad, we went and purchased room freshener spray to combat the smell. My husband had to fix the toilet to flush properly. Only received room cleaning service once during our 5 day stay and I had to request the service twice. This was not what I expected for a $792.76 stay, especially when one night was $199.20. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again."

"When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...
