"All aspects of the North Reading, PA, hotel were outstanding except parking area could be a bit larger and the driveway into the facility had too many potholes!"

"It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower."

"We booked this place last minute on a road trip. We chose it for convenience and the amenities, pool for my daughter and gym for the husband. We decided to go by and check them out after we checked in only to find out the pool was closed for a chemical imbalance and the gym was closed for a major water leak, but it looked fine from the outside. Also channel selection on the TV was pretty limited and ESPN was not working, which stunk because we wanted to watch the college World Series and the...

"Stayed for one night. Got there very late, even so the overnight attendant was very helpful and got me checked in quickly. Room was clean, didn’t notice any major issues. Bed and stay were comfortable. My only complaint was the bar soap they had felt very slimy. They were able to offer me free late check out until noon. Overall, good experience for the price I paid."

"My only complaint is that i didn’t see the emails with the door code, so when i went there, i knocked on the door and waited a bit - no one was at the property. Then for some reason i checked my email while i was waiting and saw the note with the code. It’s not a big deal, but confusing "
