"All the employees were very friendly, even the cleaning staff! The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbours but the amenities are beautiful. I highly recommend choosing the “all-inclusive” option for meals. The buffets were first rate and had everything labelled carefully if you have food sensitivities (like gluten intolerance or a severe nut allergy). "

"Tolles Hotel! Alles ziemlich neu, Zimmer top, Frühstück super, Mitarbeiter:innen sehr freundlich! Ein Parkplatz ließ sich in der näheren Umgebung immer finden. Innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar: Strand, Park (mit div. Festen), Supermarkt. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit dem Hotel!!"

"Lovely little hotel; the owners are extremely welcoming and very helpful. We had one of the biggest rooms which was attractively furnished and very comfortable; this room also had a large balcony which added to our enjoyment. "

"Really lovely place to stay, from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, checking in late was no problem as they have 24 hour reception. The room was clean and well equipped. The shower was great. Air con worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool wasn't busy (stayed late May) and the grounds were varied and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again."

"When we arrived we were greeted by our host, shown our room which was large and had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, also with a sofa bed, patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the mountains. There was no snow close by but we were assured it may snow anytime. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you"

"Everybody was nice and friendly was excellent. Also, they actually cater to me because I don’t eat a lot of things on the menu, but they changed things around and made me feel welcome. They cater to my knee, which was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. If going back to the same area I would definitely go back to stay at the same place. Our place was nice and clean. "Absolutely beautiful place and surroundings. The room was tastefully arranged and the service was special. Make sure to try their in-house dinners as it is a great experience. There are some fun trials not far from the hotel that will award you with beautiful scenery and some memorable adventures. We would visit again."
