"Everything is is described and nearly perfect. Bathrooms are only shared between two rooms, so they are clean and accessible and almost any time. The rooms are clean and cute, just want you would expect in such a quaint Bavarian hotel. It has easy parking and is walking distance from Altstadt."

"This hotel is so cute! It was easy to find, within easy walking distance of the town center and bus/train station, but also had plenty of parking, the room was clean, bedding was comfortable and warm. Really no complaints. The shower was confusing, but that was likely just me. I didn't have the breakfast or wellness things, so no comment there."

"ジュニアスイートルームに2泊しました。遠くにですが、お部屋からはノイシュバンシュタイン城とホーエンシュヴァンガウ城の両方が見えるのはとても貴重だと思います。レストランからもお城は見えてドイツの田舎の景色も良いです。 お部屋もゆったりしていて素敵です。お部屋にはバスタブが無いのは残念でしたが、5月なので大丈夫でした。観光に時間を使い、スパを利用する時間が無くとても残念でした。スパも良さそうでした。 次回は是非スパを利用したいです。 朝食はとても料理が美味しかったし、朝からスパークリングワインも飲めて良かったです。 スタッフの方もとても親切でした。道路閉鎖の関係でタクシーを呼ぶのが困難だったのですが、帰りにフッセン駅まで送ってくださいました。お値段はお高いですが、素敵なホテルなので、また数年後帰ってきたいです。"

"Die Suite war im 5.Stock. Mit etwas Suche über den 4.Stock mit Lift erreichbar. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da bei der Anreise ein Doppelzimmer zugeteilt wurde obwohl die Suite gebucht war. Wurde aber schnellstens mit einer Nachfrage behoben plus 2 Drinks auf das Haus. Die Suit war sehr groß und sauber. Kleines Mango, in der Toilette hinter der Tür wurde ein gebrauchtes Handtuch vom Vorgänger übersehen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, leider waren die Speisen die eigentlich warm...

"Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt am See, macht daraus aber zuwenig. Man setzt wohl mehr auf den eigenen Spa-Bereich , der wirklich gut gemacht ist. Das Hotel an sich ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, mein Zimmer war dunkel und altbacken eingerichtet. Schrägen an der Decke muss man mögen, ich tue das nicht. Am Balkon hingen noch Lichterketten von Weihnachten. (Ich war Ende April da). Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das konnte den deutlich zu teuren Aufenthalt aber nicht...

"I love this hotel! It is so cute and classically Bavarian. We stayed on the top floor overlooking the front of the hotel. I felt very safe here. We came to Europe for a 2 week trip and stayed in 5 different beds - this one was by far the comfiest. Plus it was a super close walk to a bakery and fantastic Biergarten. We came by rental car and they had free parking available. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room and it was also perfect weather when we came so we slept...
