"There is no elevator and nobody to help carry luggage down in the morning. We did have help when we checked in. Also need to know that cars are not allowed in the old town. So we had to carry our luggage over rough stone sidewalks to the hotel. Once there, the hotel is in a convenient location for everything in the old town."

"We wanted to like this a lot more. The views from the room were absolutely incredible and the room itself was super spacious. Included breakfast buffet was solid. The open concept with the bathroom was awesome for still having the incredible view but also not so great if you actually wanted some privacy. We were told there were laundry services and all the information could be found in the room but that information wasn’t in our room and when we went down to inquire we were given the sheet with...

"Fabulous breakfast! Very clean, but the elevator had an odd smell which is why i put 4 stars. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Location is very quiet with not much close by. If you’re not one to walk a lot, plan to use uber to get anywhere. It is uphill so we got a decent workout walking back and forth. Slept wonderfully and since Split was our first stop, was nice to have the right environment for sleep."
