"We stayed 2 nights and were barely in the room, but I ca definitely say the photos were 100% accurate and the woman at the front desk was kind, knowledgeable and helpful and let me know up front that the front desk is not manned 24/7, which was no biggie.
Grounds, lobby and room were all clean! We had a 1 bedroom room with a small kitchen and it was perfect for us: 2 adults and a 5 year old. The bed and pillows were comfy and the AC worked great.

"When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. "The rooms were clean, but housekeeping is for every other day so you will have to call for extra towels.
They do provide a washer and dryer for free, but it is only one on each floor and have to be shared. We stayed in Villa 2 which was close to the basketball court so that meant we heard everything! Our room was also on the 3rd floor which meant every step or noise the people above us made were heard very clearly.
