"Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay."

"The room was clean, but it was very stuffy. The AC was not super effective. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were terrible. We went to eat somewhere else."

"My room 124 looked like someone was trying to remodel but failed miserably. The light cover in the bathroom was broken and there was a sponge sitting on top of it. The toilet was inches from the wall and the seat was very loose. Also it looked like someone had capped off an old toilet between the tub and the toilet above ground. There were black spots on the mattress protector when I checked for bed bugs. My husband refused to sleep under the covers! Had everything in the area not been sold out...

"Front desk staff seemed like he was not happy to be there. He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades."
