"The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fairly good. The front step leading up to entrance of the hotel is in need of repair as the concrete is severely chipping away and is a tripping hazard "

"Checked in and asked about coffee in room and front desk person said not o. Room but coffee in breakfast room 24 hours. She knew I was disappointed. Got in our room and it smelled of cigarettes. So back down to front desk for different room. She said she’d give us a room on first floor that was just updated. Got to room and was disappointed. The bathroom was updated with a new vanity and a new toilet that was the lowest I had ever seen. It was approximately 20” from the floor and it was leaking...

Room was very quiet - we never heard any neighbors, but as it was graduation weekend, i think the hotel must have been pretty full so good insulation. Nice big bathroom with a good layout. What I didn't care for (and I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations!) was that the pool was closed (no notice), the toilet in our bathroom was so low to the ground that it was hard to get up, the grout was missing on the floor in the bathroom, and the channels listed on the TV guide were not available.
