I had a room overlooking the promenade with a tiny balcony which was nice but the room and the bathroom were small and a bit run down. "The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to different sections where we can easily dine with varying cuisines either in cafes, bistros, street kiosks or fresh local markets. "We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel in Nice. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing was fantastic. We couldn’t have been happier with the location, either. We had one small issue with our AC not working our first night. The lovely gentleman at the front desk was able to provide us with a fan for the night and the AC was fixed the following day. Thanks for a great experience!"

"Staff were very helpful, the room was nice, the breakfast was great (purchased on the morning for 10 EUR each). We did however find that the air-conditioning didn't work particularly well. In late spring / mid-May when the maximum daily temperatures were 20°C, we had the air-conditioning on "full" overnight but still found ourselves waking up during the night sweating and dehydrated."
