"The family room had two bedrooms which was a bonus - we were expecting twin beds! The apartment was spotless, comfortable and warm. The communal area downstairs was warm, and with free coffee and tea machine. A lovely place to stay very near the centre of town."

"Great hotel if youre staying in Treviso or if you want a base to go to Venice but dont want Venice prices or lower standard of food. Staff friendly and welcoming, room extremely comfortable. Some fantastic restaurants and bars in short walking distance of this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Location was really nice, super close to the train station and major attractions. Room service (cleaning) was 10/10, good communication and easy check-in and check-out! Would definitely recommend and will come back! "

"We enjoyed our stay at B&B Hotel Treviso.
1) Very clean, quiet room;
2) very friendly helpful staff;
3) delicious, generous breakfast; and,
4) it is very easy convenient walk to Treviso historic center. We took a taxi to the train station (due to us being old and reluctant to wheel heavy suitcases all over), but if you are young and fit, you cold probably walk to the train station with no problem.
We will book again if we visit Treviso in the future.
Thank you!"

"Room was very musty, it was evident that it hadn't been used in awhile. The fridge didn't work nor did the air conditioning. We had to sleep with the window open. Food was average. Front desk service was very good and friendly and very helpful. "

"Incredibly old property that has been restored to a beautiful and wonderful high standard. Loved staying here. Host was delightful and very welcoming!"

"Clean, comfortable room with good air conditioning. Very comfy bed. Breakfast and bar food pretty limited. A bit disappointing. The main problem was the hotel was undergoing major building work meaning a lot of dust and noise even on a Saturday. They really should have let us know in advance that this was going to be happening. "

"The location was perfect! We absolutely loved our room with the terrace and spent so much time out there. A huge grazie mille to Linda at Palazzina300 for making everything so easy — from check-in and check-out to parking, as well as her wonderful recommendations for Venice and Treviso."
"Do not trust any good reviews for this property or accept to stay in room #2. There were things in this apartment that were broken, terribly stained, in disrepair, and not clean! We have pictures and videos of our check-in and Expedia and owner refuse refund or credit! Inmense amount of mold in washing machine and smelled terrible! Dirty dishes left in the dish washer. Dining table and counters not wiped down. Fridge was not clean with broken unusable shelves.There was hair everywhere! On the pull out couch, on and in the clean towels, in the shower that was already cleaned, and in the fridge. We could not utilize the toilet near the bedrooms as the tiles on the wall were broken and when you tried to sit, it would sink and make noise and couldn't handle even my toddlers weight. The other toilet is not broken but we only hovered and could not sit as it also moves when you try to sit on it. Sink in the bathroom near the rooms was backed up and not draining.
The floors were still dirty! I swept the floors myself when we did not hear back from the property owners on my concerns. There were so many spiders, ants and mosquitoes throughout the apartment at check in. All the walls of the apartment were dirty, damaged and in need of painting. Couldn't use the air conditioner as smoke smell came through when we turned them on, not sure why. We do not smoke and have small children and was very uncomfortable.
Wifi kept failing. My husband relied mostly on our own mobile and esim data."
"We booked a room with three single beds and it would have been fine, but the beds are so short my feet were hanging off the bottom, and I am not even full 6 ft!
The furniture (Steel and canvass mostly) is very flimsy and can hardly support any weight.
The toilet leaked water with every flush. Not strong on maintenance!
