liked-the lovely rose garden! the spacious, quiet room disliked- the noisy lobby & breakfast room most disliked- the request for a wake up call that was never delivered! This caused us to pay for an Uber to the airport! I feel like the hotel should pay for this cost!

5 Star review for "Mira" and the hotel

We arrived early in the day from the Congo - too early to check in. Mira was working the front desk and was very helpful. She gave us an entrance pass to the aquatic/gym facility next door, so we could kill some time. She then got us in a room several hours earlier than expected. She saved the day!! She should be given employee of the month, for sure!! The room was very nice, the in-house gym is good, we had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant, with live music being played in the background. Nice ambiance. Overall, great experience for 2 tired and weary travelers.
