"While the staff is very pleasant and the property clean, there is almost no internet speed, the area around the hotel is made up of apartment and thus noisy late at night with kids shouting. There is only 1 small restaurant at walking distance. You need car to get to beach and the pics from hotel misleading. i would recommend hotel for 1 to 2 day max, not 15 like we book and we left 2 days in our stay but hotel refused the refund (as per policy)"

"Oui, très belle chambre. L'équipe était un peu débordée avec la préparation du réveillon. Un client arrivé après nous a été servi et eu leur chambre avant nous. Je l'ai fait remarquer au responsable qui était désolé. Très sympa quand il nous a offert le pdj. Très bon hôtel seul inconvénient ce sont les places de parking. Il faut se garer un peu plus loin mais ça va. Très belle expérience et nous avons déjeuné sur place, cuisine excellente ! Bravo à L'équipe."

"Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. "I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a **** Level. "
