"Helpful staff at reception. Great location, only a short walk from the train station and tram station. Plus there is a supermarket next door. The room is bright and modern. The bed and pillows are comfortable. However the bathroom is poorly designed. The toilet is in a separate room from the sink and shower. Also, the shower leaks out into the bathroom. Rooms ending in 01 are smaller."

"La Villa Promenade was the perfect location to stay for our time in Nice. Convenient access to the airport by tram, and train to Monaco as well. "Very central, with a clean room. For the price, this is a great central location with clean, functional rooms and helpful staff. There are no in-room safes, but they do provide a kettle and toiletries.
We were on the same floor as the small dining area, which wasn't a problem but could be if you are sensitive to muted noise. I would have liked an additional lock on the door as we were next to the dining facilities. For the price and location, I would stay here again."

"This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location.
