This was a very beautiful property, felt very authentic and well kept. The front desk lady (Kincy) was spectacular, she was very helpful and very kind. She went above and beyond to satisfy the customers with a very welcoming attitude. The cleaning ladies and waiters were also very nice and professional but warm. I would definitely recommend this establishment. The location is a bit remote but with a car nothing is really far. It is nice and quiet!

Room with a pool was wonderful but this property is very isolated - road access was terrible and frankly the restaurant was more interested in the presentation of their food than in providing a quality eating experience.

Very good dining experience whether breakfast or evening dinner. Rooms somewhat tired. Room shower not working properly and was not sorted when mentioned (used 2nd shower instead which are available with private pool rooms). Overall dining experience made up for it. Road to hotel is a 4x4 experience!

There is literally no road to this hotel. The staff was kind but there's nothing to do in the area. The bay close by is super dirty and smelly. There's trash collecting area nearby, very smelly and ugly. The room had open windows so we ended up with a lot of funny bites, lasted a week to pass. Would never go back!

Formidable séjour

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons pour notre anniversaire de mariage et c'est avec plaisir que nous revenons chaque fois. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et calme. Nous choisissons toujours la masterpool qui permet le dépaysement. Nous aimons le petit-déjeuner bien servi et la terrasse du restaurant. Le diner est toujours parfait. Le personnel est agréable et bienveillant.

Maden 5 stjerner men hotellet 2 stjerner.

Hotellet fremstår som 4 stjerner. Det ville jeg ikke våge at påstå, værelserne og møblerne samt faciliteterne og komforten er mellem 2 og måske på en god dag 3 stjerner. Jeg har rejst i over 60 lande, så jeg synes selv at kunne lave denne vurdering. Maden var til gengæld enestående og 5 stjerner værd. Sød personale, det er en skam de er bagud på point fra starten, når de sælger sig selv som 4 stjernet hotel, for de berejste ville blive skuffet fra start.

Agréable séjour ! Nous avons choisi la master pool, qui offrait une belle vue et un bel espace détente. Les seuls points négatifs : c'est le manque cruel d'équipement dans la cuisine! Il n'y avait quasiment rien, autant considérer qu'il n'y a pas de cuisine. Il manque des choses très sommaires, Ne serait-ce que d'avoir une serviette ou du papier pour s'essuyer les mains ou un égouttoir etc. Etc. Les propriétaires devraient revoir leurs équipements. Dans l'ensemble cela nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable moment.

Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles

Hotel que je ne recommande malheureusement pas du tout, plusieurs points : - Le service : nous sommes arrivés vers 20 heures et nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de dédain. Plusieurs remarques ont été faites en nous faisant bien comprendre que nous avions pris "que la chambre Guest room" - pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles... Sans mentionner qu'on nous refuse une place de parking côté chambre pour des raisons de "sécurité", 10 minutes plus tard cette place est attribuée à quelqu'un d'autre pendant au moins 2 jours :) - La chambre : aucune vue sur la baie mais sur un arbre, une fenêtre sans vitre qui donne sur le parking, la clim n'avait pas été mise avant notre arrivée et les plombs ont sautés 10mn après l'avoir allumée. Aucune photo de la salle de bain, et ce n'est pas pour rien... Poubelle en plastique, douche minuscule collée aux toilettes. Nous avons donc voulu partir et on nous a dit que cela été possible vu que nous n'avions pas reglé - hors j'avais déjà été débité. Bref, si vous prenez une chambre avec une piscine peut être que cet hôtel en voudra la peine et le service sera de meilleure qualité, sinon il n'est malheureusement pas un 4 étoiles - à noter tout de même qu'il est excentré.
