I love the nature vibe. My room was cleaned every day and always. It’s so nice coming from work to clean room. The restaurant needs improvement. They need to serve better food. To be frank the food they are serving is just terrible. Other than that, I love staying there.

Hôtel parfait pour une famille car beaucoup d’éléments sont disponibles pour les enfants. Par contre, il n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. La moquette est très sale, pas adaptée pour les nombreux passages, ce qui donne une impression d’hygiène très limite. La chambre est d’un confort moyen avec une salle de bain dont la douche fuit. Le personnel est agréable mais on sent que pour certains c’est un job d’été et ils n’ont donc pas l’expérience demandée pour ce genre d’établissement.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel quatre étoiles.

Le cadre est plutôt pas mal avec le parc qui est adjoint à l'hôtel situé en région parisienne. Cependant, l'hôtel a mal vieilli et n'est pas à la hauteur d'un quatre étoile que cela soit sur le service ou les prestations offertes. Une autre offre devra être proposé pour atteindre le niveau proposé.

OK for stopover 1 night stay

OK for one night stopover but the rooms have very thin walls and poor bedding. Conveniently located off the hwy. Staff was great and worked hard to try and please the guests.
