"When I choose that hotel in Expedia it said the breakfast was included and it wasn’t. Anyway I had to pay even the coffee that I drank for the coffee machine.
The room didn’t have air conditioning. Breakfast expensive and the worst thing we did know that was not included. The room and the bathroom!!!!! Awful!!!! Please don’t send people there."

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"The young man who took us in was very friendly as well as the lady receptionist. But we had terrible experience with the guy that was on duty when we picked up our luggage. This man was very rude and mean! Not respectful too. Do not talk to this man if you do not want your day to be ruined.
The elevator was out of order and we had a hard time carrying our luggage from 2nd floor. We are just thankful for the lady receptionist that helped out.
The a/c was not working too thru out our stay though...

"We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was amazing - perfect for exploring the city and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, restaurants and shops.
The rooms were on the smaller side but were clean, comfortable and fine for a city break where you're mostly out of the room. The breakfast was fairly basic with limited choice but it did the job each morning.
The pool was lovely after a long day walking and exploring - overall a great base in an excellent...

"We just stayed one night, but the staff (Matteo.. and I can’t recall the woman’s name) were so welcoming and helpful. Room as expected, small but comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Only negative would be thin walls so we could hear other doors opening and people talking, but not super late. It was really quiet overnight."
