Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. Hôtel Life Bordeaux Gare - BG

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent location, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was tiny but the bed was comfortable! Shower was right in the bedroom, so be aware. Breakfast was super nice and lots of options. This hotel has a tram station right in front -- one easy stop from the Saint Jean train station."
