"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. "I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. "The host was chill, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We paid for the shuttle service which was very convenient. The location is within walking distance from many great sites, including Trafalgar falls. I'd recommend staying for more than 1 night to really enjoy the area. The spa and natural pools in the river where perfectly refreshing. There is no bug net, but the fan did the trick and there weren't many biting bugs around anyway. I'd highly recommend the dinner! The portions are generous!"

If you like to walk many tourist facilities like the Trafalgar Falls and Wotten Waven are at relative short distance (30-40 minutes walk). "Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay !"

"Loved the scenic location of the hotel. Spacious and clean room. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed dining in at the onsite hotel restaurant V.Lounge and Grill. Free parking was available on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Copthall."

"The hotel is lovely. The rooms are nice, but the pool, the garden the grounds are just stunning. Its location on the water overlooks the sunset which is magnificent every night. The staff is a mixed bag. They want to be very helpful, but just seems like there is a lack of knowledge, follow through, etc. at the front desk which can be frustrating. Everyone else is lovely. The bellmen, the grounds staff etc. just want to make your stay great. The gardener spent 30 minutes with us explaining his crops. The grounds staff cut us a coconut and taught us about how to eat it. Nobody feels like they are doing anything for a tip, although I’m sure they appreciate it. Just feels like they are kind and helpful. The food is meh. Breakfast buffet is nice with delicious fresh fruit and lovely service. The dinner restaurant isn’t the best. "
