"Probably the best hotel in its category in this part of Delhi. Breakfast and dinner was included and food was of was good quality and options changed daily. Security guard present which made you feel secure. Location was good too. A few minutes walk to the metro. Close to a main road so hiring scooters etc was easy and easily accessable by taxi for Uber. Also near a mall and with cafes restaurants if you didn't wish to venture far for Neal."

"They said they did not have my booking noted in their system and turn me away. The staff don't speak English, I had to call the manager who basically told me to leave even after showing them the booking confirmation from Hotels.com "

"To be extremely blunt this should not be a hotel available on hotels.com, it's dirty, the descriptions are all false and we understand from locals it's more a rent a room for an hour sort of place, we left thirty minutes after arriving and checked into an alternative clean hotel. We are still waiting for our refund as well. "
