Room with plunge pool good. Flow of room needs some work… missing power sources near bed and bed side tables would be great. Also better lighting would help, especially at low level. Massage fantastic."

L’hôtel mérite un petit entretien, mais cela ne gâche pas le séjour, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
La salle de sport contient des appareils anciens et ne dispose pas de tapis ou de rameur.
Je déconseille le service buanderie, le linge est rendu dans le même sac qui contenait le linge sale et nos vêtements ont rétréci."
"Awesome experience! Staff was the best!!! Great pool experience. I had my private access to the pool from the room- amazing! Clean, luxurious! The only down thing was not being able to use 20% dinner as I forgot to mention it at dinner and it was too late next day/or the staff did not know how to apply it. Michael was amazing host at dinner! Also the spa and massage was really special! Great experience overall! Close to the port too, it was 8 euro and 5 min ride. Recommended!"

The pool was awesome and the sunset views from there were stunning. 6-min walk to Oia shops and restaurants via a mostly lit path that’s away from the main streets. Oia is a fabulous place to stay with vibe, shopping and great food."
"We stayed at Elounda Palm for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a private infinity pool and a beautiful view of the sea, which made the experience even more special.
The room was cleaned every day and the pool was cleaned every evening. Everything was always very clean and well maintained. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay.
The breakfast was good, and we also really appreciated the many free parking...
