"Front desk was downright rude, even after learning we were there for a funeral. Another front desk gal even tried to tell me how much time I’d need to be ready for check out when she knew nothing about our family. Couch had food on it and blankets had stains. Hot tub was out of order. Not worth what was spent. "

"There were only 2 pillows in the room, we asked for at least one more pillow they didn’t have. The front desk closed from 10pm until 9am, so if the guest needs something he can’t reach out to the hotel staff. When I asked them to replace my towels they asked me to bring them myself to the reception and take the clean towels. Very weird!!!!"

"Clean rooms & properly, plenty of space for working, and board games & outdoor court for the kids when they get board. The mall is about a 20 minute walk with plenty of shopping. Free breakfast is a great perk too!"

"Friendly welcoming staff! During our stay in late March they were doing interior painting in some areas but it did not impact our stay. Our room was clean and well maintained. "

"When we entered the room, there were used towels on the counter in the bathroom and kitchen, there was trash in all the trash cans. We arrived at nearly 2am, so we just went to sleep and notified staff next day. "

"The stay was absolutely terrible. I have a heart condition and they wanted to put me on the second floor with no elevator. I could barely make it from my truck to the doors without being out of breath plus my luggage and traveling alone. The lady was nice enough to find me a room on the floor, however that room was questionable at best. The bathtub had a giant crack on the side of it. The bottom of it had clearly already been repaired once and not very well, I was concerned about even taking a shower, cause it felt like I was gonna fall through it. The pool and hot tub were out of commission because of a leak in the roof so I couldn’t even use those amenities. Ihad no cable TV the entire two days I was here even after I said something to the front desk not to mention they were working on the hallways at 12:30 at night to 230 in the morning, scraping plaster or whatever doing drywall for hours so I got no rest. I asked for a late checkout they said 1130 was the latest but when I looked online, it gave me the option to do noon or 1 o’clock if I wanted to pay extra for the 1 o’clock, they tried coming in my room several times between 11 and 1130 and then five minutes to noon they tried it again 100% do not recommend the only good thing about this place was the lady that works at night."
