"This property is well maintained with comfortable spacious rooms. Upon check-in, I was invited to have some freshly baked cookies and fruit. My king bed was extremely comfortable and the room was super clean. The only drawback to this location is the proximity to I-76, since rooms on that side is the building get a fair amount of road noise."

"I had 7 rooms booked for my touring band. We checked in late (after 11pm) after our show near Pittsburgh. Debbie, behind the desk for the night shift, was awesome, friendly, and helpful, when checking us in late in the evening. She was also quite sociable (and funny) while a few of us hung out in the lobby, late night. The rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable. In the morning, my phone started blowing up with texts from my band members saying there was no hot water. Several members called...

"The hotel lobby was beautiful with an open fire pit. The room was nice, the bathrooms could use a little work, but overall for the price you can’t beat it. Breakfast is from 6-9am I missed it by 15 mins so that’s my fault. But the room was clean. The bed and pillows were nice. We requested an extra blanket and pillows and got them promptly. For all the bad reviews I did not see anything out of the ordinary. Thanks for a nice stay! "

"Very disappointed by my experience. When I checked into the room, I was told there would be an additional $50 charged to my card in case of damages that would be refunded the next day, which is fine, however it took 3 days for the money to be refunded. The bathroom was not clean, and it had hair and used toiletries from the previous guests. The breakfast selection was very limited and of low quality, and I noticed in the dining area that one of the food related certifications framed on the wall...

"When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time."

"The condo was a bit beat up. Very tired. The gas fire place was not working which was a little disappointing. We had a nice time but the property wasn't worth what we paid for it."
