Agnes was very helpful with tips and we had a good stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the spa, which was very basic and did not have amenities such as lotion. It was free for us because of an upgrade through hotels.com, but it would not have been worth paying for separately.

Room was clean and comfortable. Gym was nice for a hotel gym. Dining was a few minutes walk from the hotel with multiple options. The breakfast was great was well. This was a beautiful experience to see the northern lights. However, the self check in was a bit confusing. I wasn’t aware of the process. I was expecting to see and speak with a live person. However, the number given for help was very helpful.
