"Nice and cozy room. Everything looks brand new. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is included. We unfortunately spent only an evening there cause had to go home the following day. The reception went out of their ways and prepared us something to bring along early in the morning at 5:30 am!, Thk you boutique HOH. We will certainly come back again."

"Easy to find from main train station. Take tram 2 or 6 get off at 5th stop. Cross street, walk one block, turn right and it’s there. Room with private bath was renovated in February. It was immaculate. Also had a smart TV. No laundry or fridge."

"Fantastic location, very clean and staff were lovely. We enjoyed being able to open the windows and be part of the city bussle even though it was quite loud. However once windows were closed it was very quiet. Lovely bathroom but anyone with mobility issues may find the bath/shower intimidating. Great breakfast!"

"A small property in the heart of the city with easy access to Uppertown and Lowertown. I felt at home here. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely.
