"The alarm clock could not be programmed and worst of all there was NO hot water at 6am. I ran it for more than 10 minutes to no avail. It wasn't even lukewarm. The inside door of the elevator needs to be cleaned. Also, since I booked through Expedia, I knew there would be a $100.00 fee. However, they managed to charge it immediately but here it is, 5 days later and the $100.00 has not been refunded yet!"

"I loved this place! It has a great grab and go breakfast until 10AM!!!! Great for those of us that like to grab a extra shut-eye. Kathy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful.
